Japanese kimono fabric from a used silk kimono which I have unpicked/deconstructed for recycling purposes.

Details:
Fabric: Silk - light to medium weight with a nice drape and crepe feel.
Colour: Shades of orange.
Condition: Very good condition for a used vintage fabric.
Technique : Woven/Dyed.
Design: This fabric has two designs, one is woven into the fabric and is known as Kōjitsunagi pattern it is most noticeable when you look side on to the fabric and it catches the light. The other design is dyed on to the fabric and is called Kikkō this one has a tiny flower inside. These are both traditional Japanese patterns.
