Japanese silk obijime cord which is used to tie around the obi on a kimono.
Can be used as obijime/belt or for craft/sewing projects like handbag handles, bracelets, straps and keyrings.
 
Details:
Threads: Silk and metallic.
Colour: Dark shades of red, orange, green and gold/silver.
Condition: Used -  in very good condition.
Design: Flat. Has a heart shape detail with a piece of what looks like mother of pearl (not sure if its real or faux).
Age: Unknown.
Origin: Japan.
